Call me moonimus (for now). I live in New York City and work in the finance department of an educational company. I am an inactive C.P.A. in the State of New York but that does not make me an expert on financial matters! Basically, I took enough college courses to qualify to sit for the C.P.A. Exam and worked at an accounting firm performing audit work for two years. Though I have some basic tax knowledge, I do not consider myself an expert so please do not consider my advice as the equivalent of a professional C.P.A. As stated before, my license is inactive which means I am not a practicing professional.
I have a beautiful wife and a gorgeous baby girl. Even though we live in New York City, I wouldn’t necessarily call us hugely “successful” people. We live well but just like anyone else, could do better.
